Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Polar Pounce ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Polar Pounce is a free-to-play real-time card game available on iOS. The App includes optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items and virtual currency, as well as advertisements to support continued development.

Use of the App

You agree to:

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the App
  • Behave respectfully in all multiplayer interactions
  • Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
  • Not use cheats, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools
  • Comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service

Accounts & Game Center

Online multiplayer features require an Apple Game Center account. Your Game Center identity is managed by Apple and subject to their terms. We do not create or manage user accounts independently.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic items (such as card back designs) and virtual currency ("Ice"). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual currency and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged outside the App.

Advertisements

Polar Pounce is free to play and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. You may occasionally be offered the option to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for in-game currency. Ads are a core part of the free experience.

Intellectual Property

All content in Polar Pounce, including but not limited to artwork, card designs, logos, sound effects, music, animations, and software code, is the property of Polar Pounce and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to multiplayer features for users who violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise disrupt the experience for other players.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polar Pounce and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or interruption of service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
